A strategic thinker with exceptional insight, Stuart has built his 20-year career on the art of creating meaningful connections in recruitment. After establishing himself in the United Kingdom, Stuart moved to Australia in 2000, where he began leading the banking and financial services division for a global recruitment business, where he first crossed paths with Andrew Lance. This partnership would prove significant, as after working together for a decade, they established what became the most successful division at a prestigious boutique firm before co-founding Lanson Partners.

Today, Stuart leads the permanent recruitment division with a specialisation in Product, bringing his expertise in executive search and deep financial services knowledge to every engagement. He has built his reputation on "playing the long game", developing enduring client partnerships that transcend transactions and placing C-level executives across top-tier institutions. His philosophy of "always do the right thing" has secured PSA agreements with the industry's most respected firms. Stuart finds genuine fulfilment in helping others succeed, whether supporting a candidate's career journey or connecting clients with transformative talent. When not at work, Stuart enjoys exploring his passions for travel, skiing, boating, and discovering great wines.
