Being customer centric isn’t just another skill on the resume for Niamh, it’s the backbone of her personal culture. Niamh is always at one with her client’s needs and their preferred way of working. Her spotlight on people began back at the Dundalk Institute of Technology (DKIT) where she studied hospitality, a field in which customer satisfaction is paramount and directly impacts business success on a minute-by-minute basis. 

Despite her love of hospitality, Niamh felt like something was missing. She yearned for the deeper human connections that event management couldn’t provide. This led her to pivot into recruitment where she could still be people focused, but in a more strategic manner. Niamh joins Lanson Partners with over six years of experience in Sydney’s financial services sector, including banking and funds management.
