With over six years recruitment experience spanning fashion, hospitality, accounting, government and IT, Madi has spent the last four years in the legal, risk and compliance niche. Her success in this sector comes down to her active listening, always being solution-focused and a sincere commitment to building relationships with candidates over many months before placing them.

Empathy and grace overflow in abundance to Madi’s personal life too, where she spends her spare time as the NSW Chairperson for the Australia Vietnam Volunteers Resource Group (AVVRG) – a charity organisation dedicated to providing humanitarian aid in Vietnam, including cataract surgeries and support for victims of Agent Orange. Then, if there’s any spare time after all of this, she also loves to ride horses and dance. But not at the same time.
