Highly organised, straight-talking, and relentlessly reliable, Lenka is the operational engine behind LP Edge, bringing over 15 years of experience in recruitment operations.

 

Having spent more than five years across the Lanson Partners group, Lenka has developed extensive expertise across payroll, compliance, financial management, systems, reporting, and operational process improvement.

 

As Business Manager, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, with responsibility for consultant onboarding, payroll and employment administration, financial tracking and reporting, margin management, and engagement performance. She also works closely with directors on governance, compliance, and operational controls, ensuring the business runs efficiently, accurately, and without fuss.

 

Known for her resilience, dry humour, and ability to solve just about anything thrown her way, Lenka is the person people rely on to get things done.

 

Outside the office, life revolves around her family, friends and her American Staffy.
