Exceptionally organised, dedicated, and refreshingly straightforward, Lenka serves as the operational backbone of the Lanson team. As Business Manager and Researcher, she orchestrates everything behind the scenes – from managing payroll and compliance to implementing systems, overseeing financials, and maintaining the office with precision and care.

Originally from the Czech Republic, Lenka arrived in Australia at eighteen with plans to study English before returning home. That path took an unexpected turn during the final semester of her International Business degree when she met her now-husband – and made Australia her permanent home.

Beginning her career as a PA at a leading recruitment firm, Lenka has developed into an operations powerhouse. At Lanson, she handles all bookkeeping, financial reporting, and office administration alongside her core business support and research responsibilities. Since joining in early 2021, she has become an essential part of the team, celebrated for her resilience, dry humour, and remarkable ability to accomplish any task – regardless of complexity or deadline.
