Having worked on both the agency and client side of recruitment, including within a major international financial institution, she has developed a well-rounded perspective and a practical skill set that enables her to build meaningful connections and deliver lasting results.

Inoj takes pride in building talent pipelines that extend beyond a single hire, by sharing market intelligence that helps leaders make informed decisions, and ensuring every candidate feels respected and supported throughout the hiring and onboarding journey. While AI tools and advanced sourcing techniques help her work more efficiently, she believes it is the relationships she builds, combined with her patience and consistency, that make her a trusted partner when roles are challenging, deadlines are tight, and talent pools are limited.

Outside of work, Inoj value quality time outdoors, creating last memories and bringing people together through cooking and shared meals with family and friends.
