With over 20 years’ experience in financial services transformation, Andrew is Co-Founder of Lanson Partners and the driving force behind LP Edge. Known for building high-performing delivery teams within major banks, Andrew has developed a strong reputation for helping organisations execute complex technology and regulatory programs through embedded consulting capability.

Entrepreneurial by nature, Andrew has played a key role in the growth and diversification of Lanson Partners and now leads the expansion of LP Edge, focused on delivering high-quality transformation specialists to support large-scale programs across banking and financial services.

Direct, commercially minded and committed to excellence, Andrew is known for building long-term partnerships with both clients and consultants. Outside work, he channels his competitive energy into sport and travel, and enjoys working with ambitious people who share his high standards and drive to deliver results.
